Baltic Porter

Dérivée des Imperial Stouts, la Baltic Porter est une version plus légère (7/8°) mais brassée en fermentation basse (Lager).

Brassées par les Anglais pour l'export vers l'est de l'Europe et particulièrement les pays Baltes, elle a vite été adoptée la production locale à repris le dessus sur les imports.
